Additional Fees Customers are responsible for their own internet and communication fees. When using the online payment feature (Stripe Connect), our platform fee (0.5% of sales) and Stripe payment processing fees (3.6%) apply.
Payment Methods Credit card payment (via Stripe)
Payment Timing Automatically charged to the registered credit card on the monthly billing date. A 14-day free trial is provided on first registration, after which billing begins.
Service Delivery Service is available immediately after registration.
Cancellation & Refund

This is a subscription-based digital service and refunds are generally not provided. The following cancellation terms apply.

  • During the 14-day free trial, you can cancel anytime at no charge
  • After subscribing, cancel before the next billing date to stop future charges
  • No pro-rated refunds. You can continue using the service until the next billing date after cancellation
  • Refunds are provided only if the service was unavailable due to our material fault
